主旨：《黑白切》不接受總統府的二十萬捐助。

不接受總統府的二十萬捐助，低調拒絕，本來也沒啥好說的。

但據今日(2009/01/10)中國時報報導： 挺《我的小革命》團體馬各捐20萬

《黑白切》被迫特在此高調聲明：《黑白切》不接受總統府的二十萬捐助。

說明：

1.《黑白切》是非官方無營利組織。

2.《黑白切》目前成員15人，以每人每月1000元作為藝廊運作的資金。

3.《黑白切》有幸被報導寫入在《我的小革命》這本書裡，並為馬總統所悉。

4.蕭卡謬確於1月7日接到總統府電話，表明馬總統欲捐助黑白切二十萬。

5.蕭卡謬回答需與黑白切成員討論後始能答覆府方。

6.《黑白切》成員經簡單交換意見後作出結論：不接受總統府的二十萬捐助。

7.蕭卡謬將於1月11日以電話正式回絕總統府的捐款提議。

8.關於新聞報導〝挺《我的小革命》團體馬各捐20萬〞，並不包括黑白切在內。

9.《黑白切》歡迎新成員加入(每人每月1000元)，但不接受政府或財團的款項。

I am not taking any side, I am just pure curious... Does it mean ANYBODY as a "government" employee, including president, mayor and so on, want to join the member (as an art supporter, not with any official title) and pay the fee, you will reject him/her too? How do you draw the line?

身為成員之一我想就shing之詢問發表個人的意見我們成員內有藍有綠亦夾雜紅黑灰白各種色彩(深淺也不一)我們相處時卻只想見展覽藝術家的色彩不想在這空間內混入政治維持黑白切的理念不是單靠一筆一次性捐款而是長期"微薄"的關心與支持如果所謂的低調捐贈是第二天即見於大報與入口新聞網站頭條那相信捐贈給真正的弱勢團體更能"相得亦彰" ----"各取所需"

I got it. You will welcome anybody joins this group because of his passion about art, no matter what background (social status/title) he is. Exactly what I would assume a group like yours will say. It is sometimes hard though because the line can be so blurry. I don't live in Taiwan anymore, but every time I see little group- not just art- like yours coming out for what you believe/love, with little or no money, just makes my heart pounding so loud. I wish I have courage like that when I was young. I don't know anything about this news, I mean, how the things got exposed to the news media. It definitely could be the officials leak the news on purpose, or it could be the news media had their source leak out the news to them as you must also know how sometimes media can be nasty. You can see how easy those media manipulate the "fact", especially in US. I deeply felt affected during the 2008 US president election year. Anyway, I totally respect you group and I do read your blog all the time (I first saw this through 卡謬佬 link). I wish I can see your exhibition one day, in person. Thanks
